Sponsorpakker

Sponsorship provides exposure in the lead-up to the event, during the event
on January  2027,  and continued online visibility until June 30th.
The following tiers are predefined sponsorship solutions designed to give your brand visibility and presence at Nordic Tabletop Showdown 2027.

We also offer a “Come with your own offer” tier, where we can tailor a sponsorship to fit your needs.
Whether it’s advertising, demo tables, promotional materials, giveaways, or something entirely different, we can create a package that works for you.
Simply contact NTS to discuss your proposal.

• Booth: 1 table (180 * 75 cm)

From this tier and upwards, you can add extra tables (180×75 cm) for 125 DKK
per table and arrange them as you prefer.
e.g. 2 tables combined into 360×75 cm or 180×150 cm.

• Logo/name on the sponsor page and footer of the website.
  (On the sponsor page, you have the option to include a short description of
  your business or brand, and links from sponsor logos can redirect to your
  own website.)
• Opportunity to set up a roll-up or similar in the audience area by your booth.
  (sponsors are welcome to bring their own, or NTS can provide one for an
  additional cost)
•  Booth: 1 table (180×75 cm).

• All benefits from Goblin Game Master.
• Dedicated posts on NTS’ social media.
• Booth: 2 tables (180×75 cm each).

• All benefits from Ork Officious Ref.
• Name mentioned by the TO in connection with a specific game where you are the Game Sponsor.
• Highlighted display on the game page of the NTS website and in the Facebook event.

Exclusivity

• Only 1 main sponsor at this level.

Branding & Exposure

• Name/logo integrated into the NTS 2027 branding
  “Nordic Tabletop Showdown 2027 – presented by [Sponsor Name]”.
• Booth 4 tables + priority placement
• Logo on the homepage with “main sponsor” badge.
• Logo on all printed material (posters, flyers).
  
• Logo in profile pictures and cover photos on NTS’ social media in the months leading up to the event.
  
• Name mentioned in all press releases, major SoMe posts and in
  opening and closing speech at NTS.
  
• 1–2 dedicated newsletters (e.g. interview, spotlight, campaign).
  
• Possibility for banners
  (sponsors are welcome to bring their own, or NTS can provide for
  an additional cost.)
